The Star Star-Max 6124RCBF is a 24-inch countertop radiant natural gas charbroiler built for commercial foodservice operations that need reliable, high-output broiling on a space-efficient footprint. With 80,000 total BTU across two independently controlled cast iron burners, it handles meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables at production volume.

• Commercial countertop radiant charbroiler with two H-style cast iron burners, each rated at 40,000 BTU, with a dedicated manual control knob per 12-inch section for independent heat zone adjustment.
• Welded steel frame with stainless steel top and front panels and aluminized steel sides; heavy-gauge stainless steel radiants are contoured for even heat distribution across the full cooking surface.
• 496 square inches of grate area across the 24-inch width; cast iron grates adjust independently in 6-inch sections to flat or inclined positions and are reversible, with a thin side for searing and a thick side for more delicate items.
• Ships configured for natural gas with a 3/4-inch NPT gas connection; an LP conversion kit is included for operators who need to run the unit on liquid propane.
• Double-wall construction with an enclosed bottom reduces heat loss; the stainless steel water pan, 2.75-inch tapered splash guard, and grease trough are all removable for cleaning; 4-inch adjustable legs
