T&S Brass Metering Faucet Chrome Brass Deck Mount 4" Centers 0.5 - B-0831-VF05

The T&S Brass B-0831-VF05 is a commercial deck mount metering faucet designed for restrooms and handwashing sinks in foodservice facilities, schools, healthcare settings, and other high-traffic commercial applications where water conservation and tamper resistance are required. Its self-closing push button handles and vandal-resistant spray device make it a practical choice for operators who need a reliable, low-maintenance fixture at a 4" centerset.

• Self-closing metering faucet for commercial deck mount installation, with hot and cold push button caps that automatically shut off water flow to limit usage and reduce waste
• Polished chrome plated brass body with integral spout; brass construction provides corrosion resistance with a chrome finish that maintains appearance in commercial restroom environments
• 4" centerset with 1/2" NPSM male inlets and coupling nuts; requires standard two-hole sink or countertop drilled at 4" center-to-center spacing
• Operates across a pressure range of 20 to 125 psi with a maximum water temperature of 140 degrees F; compatible with standard commercial hot and cold supply lines
• Vandal-resistant 0.5 GPM non-aerated spray device helps deter tampering with the outlet and keeps flow rate consistent; metering cartridges are replaceable for long-term serviceability
