T&S Brass Open Epoxy Coated Steel Hose Reel NSF 3/8" x 15' - B-7212-01
The T&S Brass B-7212-01 is a commercial NSF-listed open epoxy coated steel hose reel system built for washdown, sanitation, and cleaning stations in foodservice kitchens and food processing facilities. It ships as a complete assembly including the hose, high-flow spray valve, mounting bracket, and all hardware needed for installation.
- Commercial hose reel assembly used for washdown, pre-rinse, and sanitation tasks at prep stations, dish rooms, and cooking line cleanup areas in commercial kitchens.
- Open reel and bracket constructed from epoxy coated steel for corrosion resistance; the open-frame design eliminates moisture trap points that can accelerate rust over time.
- Includes a 3/8" ID x 15' heavy-duty non-marking hose with a nitrile tube core and high-tensile steel wire braid reinforcement; rated for 20–125 PSI operating pressure and temperatures between 40°F and 140°F.
- Connects via a 3/8" NPT female inlet; multi-fit bracket supports wall, ceiling, or under-counter mounting and is designed for single-person installation.
- Ratcheting retraction system holds the hose at any extended length and retracts automatically with a slight tug; adjustable hose bumper controls how much hose hangs at rest; guide arm adjusts to eight positions for directional flexibility.
- Ships complete with high-flow blue spray valve (EB-0107), mounting bracket, and reel-to-bracket hardware; backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship, with a 1-year warranty on the hose.
