• Commercial countertop gas griddle with four U-shaped burners spaced every 12 inches across a 48-inch polished steel cooking surface, designed for continuous use in restaurant and foodservice environments.
• 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate welded to a 3-1/4-inch stainless steel back, with tapered side splashes and a stainless steel grease trough; chassis frame is fully welded stainless and aluminized steel.
• Cooking surface measures 48 inches wide by 20-1/2 inches deep; overall unit dimensions are 48 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 16 inches tall, with a 12.5-inch cooking height and a shipping weight of 408 lbs.
• Each burner has its own independent snap-action thermostat, allowing operators to control the temperature independently in each section of the griddle plate, with a temperature range of 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
