The Vulcan MSA36-101 is a heavy-duty 36-inch countertop natural gas griddle built for high-volume commercial cooking operations, including diners, hotels, and institutional foodservice. With a 36" x 24" cooking surface, 81,000 BTU of total output, and independent zone controls, it gives cooking staff consistent, repeatable results across a full shift.

• Heavy-duty countertop gas griddle with a 36" W x 24" D polished steel cooking surface, suited for breakfast programs, burger stations, and high-volume short-order lines in commercial kitchens
• Construction features a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate, 12-gauge 4-inch stainless steel back splash, tapered side splashes, and a fully welded stainless steel and aluminized steel chassis frame
