The Wells HDHP-3630G is a heavy-duty natural gas countertop hot plate built for high-volume commercial kitchens that need six independent burners in a 36-inch countertop footprint. It runs 159,000 total BTU and ships ready for natural gas with field conversion to liquid propane available.

• Commercial countertop natural gas hot plate with six burners, designed for continuous foodservice production across multiple pots and pans simultaneously.
• Cast iron burners and top grates deliver higher heat, consistent temperatures, and quick recovery; the outer housing is stainless steel, which resists rusting and minor damage.
• Measures 35-1/2"W x 30-1/4"D x 14-3/4"H with a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection.
• Ships as natural gas; LP conversion kit is included but requires professional installation. Each burner has a separate gas valve and one pilot light per burner.
• Cast iron burners are easily removable for cleaning; the unit also includes a removable stainless steel front panel for easy access to components and a removable drip pan for cleanup.
• Each burner features operator-adjustable infinite heat control with on/off valves and an adjustable air shutter to optimize combustion.

Adjustable 4" heavy-duty steel legs are included.
