The Wells HDTG-4830G is a heavy-duty 48-inch natural gas countertop griddle with four independent thermostatic controls, built for commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, and food service operations that need consistent, high-volume cooking output from a countertop unit.

• Heavy-duty commercial countertop gas griddle with four cast iron burners rated at 30,000 BTU each, delivering 120,000 BTU total output across a smooth, polished cooking surface.
• Constructed with a 3/4-inch thick steel griddle plate and all-stainless steel front, sides, and splashguard; the plate thickness resists warping and provides fast preheat and quick temperature recovery.
• Cooking surface measures 47-3/4 inches wide by 23-3/4 inches deep; overall unit dimensions are 48-1/8 inches wide by 31-11/16 inches deep by 17 inches high, standing on adjustable 4-inch heavy-duty steel legs.
• Ships configured for natural gas with a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection; an LP propane conversion kit is included for operations requiring flexibility — LP conversion requires professional installation.
• Each of the four thermostatic controls operates independently, allowing operators to set separate heat zones from 200°F to 450°F; each burner also features an adjustable air shutter to optimize combustion.
