The Atosa CookRite ATCM-36 is a 36-inch commercial gas cheesemelter built for restaurant cooking lines that need reliable, high-output finishing and broiling capability without dedicating an oven or grill to the task. At 43,000 BTU total, it handles cheese melting, browning, and protein finishing at the pace a busy service demands.

• Gas-fired commercial cheesemelter rated at 43,000 BTU total output, produced by two 21,500 BTU high-efficiency ceramic infrared burners with standby pilots for instant ignition during service.
• Full stainless steel exterior and interior construction throughout, providing corrosion resistance and a surface that holds up to the cleaning demands of a commercial kitchen.
• Measures 36"W x 18"D x 17-1/3"H and weighs 95 lbs net; the compact footprint is sized to sit above a 36-inch range line without taking up additional floor or counter space.
• Includes a range mount kit standard; note that the included range mount kit is compatible only with Atosa 36-inch ranges. An optional wall mount kit (model 21208001048) is available separately for non-Atosa installations.
• Four adjustable rack positions with a lever-operated rack height adjustment, one removable broiler rack, and a removable crumb tray for straightforward end-of-shift cleaning and maintenance.
• Dual valve independent manual controls allow the left and right burners to be operated separately, giving line cooks zone-by-zone heat control without adjusting the full unit. Available in natural gas or liquid propane configurations.
• Certifications: cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed, tested and certified to meet U.S. and Canadian product safety and sanitation standards.
