The Atosa AEC-0711E is a 7-pan half-size electric combi oven built for commercial kitchens that need steam, convection, and combination cooking in a compact countertop footprint. Operators running cafes, bistros, mid-size restaurants, or catering programs will find it sized and specified for daily production service.

• Commercial electric combi oven with three cooking modes — steam, convection, and combination — plus four manual cooking modes covering a temperature range of 86°F to 500°F, with a removable core temperature probe included standard.
• Boiler-free construction with a sub-divided heating system for fast cavity recovery; triple-pane tempered glass door and a footless ergonomic base designed for stable countertop or stand placement.
• Holds 7 half-size pans at 18" x 13" or 7 GN 1/1 steam table pans at 12" x 20"; includes 7 stainless steel racks; unit dimensions are 31" W x 34-1/2" D x 35" H and weighs 267 lbs.
• Requires 208-240V / 60 Hz / 3-phase power at 33-42 amps with a 40-50A dedicated breaker; water connection requires a 5/16" OD water line; can be installed countertop, on an Atosa stand (sold separately), or stacked with a second AEC unit using the Atosa stacking kit.
• Six automated wash modes adjust cleaning cycle intensity based on soil level and usage, with automatic shut-off and door unlock on completion; twin chemical fill tanks alert the user when Atosa proprietary cleaner or rinse agent runs low; high-pressure coil wash hose included for manual interior rinsing between cycles.
• 10" Smart Touch flat screen controls multi-stage programmable cooking, rack timing for mixed loads, and core probe cooking; USB port allows recipe, program, and HACCP data transfer across multiple units; Wi-Fi remote monitoring and diagnostics listed as a future feature — not yet active at time of publication.
