The Atosa AEC-1021E is a full-size, boiler-free electric combi oven built for high-volume commercial kitchens that need steam, convection, and combination cooking in a single floor model unit. It handles 10 full-size sheet pans or a GN 2/1 configuration and runs on a 10-inch Smart Touch control system with programmable multi-stage cooking, core probe cooking, and automated cabinet monitoring.
- Full-size commercial electric combi oven with three cooking modes: steam, convection, and combination, plus four manual cooking modes and a temperature range of 86 to 500 degrees F, suited for restaurants, institutions, banquet operations, and high-volume foodservice
- Boiler-free stainless steel construction with triple-pane tempered glass doors and a footless, condensed-footprint design built for stability and ease of access in production kitchens
- Accepts 10 full-size 18 x 26 inch sheet pans or 20 GN 1/2 (12 x 20 inch) steam table pans across 10 rack slots; 10 stainless steel oven racks included; shelf weight capacity is 65 lbs per rack and 650 lbs total; unit weight is 436 lbs
