The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-4818-SD-LR is a 48-inch commercial mega top refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for high-volume sandwich lines, sub shops, delis, and foodservice operations that need maximum ingredient access and refrigerated undercounter storage in a single countertop unit. Running on 115V/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug, it installs without special electrical work and fits standard commercial kitchen configurations.

• Refrigerated commercial sandwich and salad prep table with a two-section, reach-in base; maintains cabinet temperature between 32°F and 41°F via a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system drawing 5.0 amps at 1/4 HP
• Stainless steel exterior with an anodized aluminum interior; cabinet and solid doors are insulated with high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to resist temperature spikes in hot kitchen environments
• Mega top cutout holds 18 1/6-size pans at 4 inches deep (pans included) and is NSF-rated for use with 6-inch deep pans; includes a full-length 8-inch deep, 3/4-inch thick removable white polyethylene cutting board across the front of the pan section
