The Cleveland Range SteamChef 6 Booster Convection Steamer, model 22CET66.2, is a double-stacked, electric, boilerless countertop steamer built for high-volume commercial foodservice operations that need 12-pan capacity without a dedicated steam generator.

• Two-compartment, high-speed electric boilerless convection steamer designed for restaurants, institutional kitchens, cafeterias, and other commercial foodservice operations requiring sustained, high-output steaming.
• Each compartment features a 12 kW heating element fully encased in a solid aluminum block, eliminating the need for deliming since the element never contacts water directly.
• Each of the two compartments holds six full-size 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans (1/1 G/N, 65mm), for a combined 12-pan capacity across both decks.
• Double-stacked configuration ships as a countertop set and requires field installation; unit includes a common drain and water connection manifold, a 1.25" NPT drain connection, and a 3/4" water supply connection.
• Patented KleanShield interior collects and removes condensate waste from the cooking compartment, preventing reservoir contamination, reducing foaming, and simplifying daily cleanup; steam and fan automatically shut off when either compartment door is opened.
• Equipped with S50 5" EasyTouch controls and a load-compensating timer; automatic water level controls fill and maintain reservoir when main power is on, with low-water and high-temperature automatic safety shutoffs; compartment doors are hinged on the left with controls on the right, featuring 14-gauge stainless steel door construction and a reversible door gasket that doubles gasket service life.
