• Floor model, two-compartment pressureless natural gas convection steamer rated at 125,000 BTU total input, with the 80% efficient PowerPak Gas Steam Generator drawing only 75,000 BTU when a single compartment is in use
• Constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel throughout, with Type 430 stainless steel on the exterior and cooking compartment interiors, and an exclusive cold water condenser design for each compartment
