• Round commercial cake pan sized at 12 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep, with a batter capacity of 7-7/8 cups, suited for large-format layer cakes, tiered wedding and event cakes, and deep-dish pizza production.
• Constructed from 16-gauge hard 3003 anodized aluminum with seamless, even-wall thickness and a solid bottom, which promotes uniform heat distribution and eliminates crowning or uneven doming common with lighter-gauge bakeware.
• Interior diameter is 12 inches with an overall diameter of 13 inches and a depth of 2 inches; the straight sides and small bottom radius make it compatible with cake boards, rings, and standard decorating setups for precision tier stacking.
