The Fat Daddio's PRD-62 is a 6" x 2" round anodized aluminum cake pan built for commercial bakeries, restaurant pastry programs, and high-volume baking operations that require consistent, repeatable results across multiple layers and tiers. Its straight-sided, seamless construction makes it a reliable workhorse for tiered cake production, individual cheesecakes, deep-dish pizza, and other round baked applications.

• Round cake pan for commercial and foodservice use, suited for layered cakes, cheesecakes, individual deep-dish pizzas, flans, and other baked preparations requiring straight, uniform sides
• Constructed from 16-gauge anodized aluminum with seamless, one-piece design and even wall thickness throughout; no chemical coatings, dyes, PTFE, PFOA, or PFAS
• Measures 6 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep with a solid bottom; capacity is approximately 30.72 oz; nests with other Fat Daddio's ProSeries round pans for compact storage
• Non-reactive anodized surface will not interact with acidic ingredients such as citrus or tomato-based components; compatible with conventional ovens, toaster ovens, air fryers, pressure cookers, grills, and outdoor smokers
• Oven safe to 550°F and freezer safe; will not rust, chip, flake, or peel; hand wash recommended as commercial dishwasher detergents containing harsh chemicals or phosphates can discolor the surface
