The Fat Daddios PRD-82 is a commercial-grade round anodized aluminum cake pan measuring 8 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep, designed for bakeries, pastry kitchens, and foodservice operations that need consistent, high-volume baking results. It is part of Fat Daddio's ProSeries line, a standard in commercial bakeries since 1968.

• Constructed from 16-gauge anodized aluminum; the anodizing process is not a chemical coating and contains no PFAS, CFCs, PTFEs, or PFOAs, making the baking surface non-reactive and food-safe.
• Interior dimensions are 8 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep; the solid bottom, straight sides, and even-wall thickness deliver uniform bake depth and consistent cake height across multiple pans.
• Compatible with standard ovens, toaster ovens, air fryers, pressure cookers, and outdoor smokers; rated oven-safe up to 550 degrees F and freezer-safe for cold prep and storage applications.
