• Constructed from 16-gauge hard 3003 anodized aluminum with a solid bottom, straight sides, even-wall thickness, and a rolled rim for structural strength and easy handling
• Interior measures 8" diameter x 3" deep with a 5-cup (1,183 ml) capacity; overall exterior dimensions are 9" x 3"
• Seamless one-piece construction eliminates leaking and promotes even heat distribution, reducing crowned or unevenly domed results across repeated bakes
