The Fat Daddios PSQ-662 is a 6" x 6" x 2" commercial square cake pan built from 14-gauge anodized aluminum, designed for bakeries, pastry programs, and foodservice operations that require consistent, repeatable results in a small-format square size.

• Square cake pan with a solid bottom, perfectly straight sides, and seamless "Square-Bake" corners, sized for small-batch production, tiered cake layers, individual dessert portions, and bar-style baked goods
• Constructed from 14-gauge 3003 anodized aluminum, which is harder and less porous than standard aluminum, with no chemical coatings, PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, or CFC additives
• Interior dimensions measure 6" x 6" with 2" of depth; includes a 1/2" rolled rim on all sides for secure handling when moving pans in and out of the oven
• Non-reactive surface is safe for use with citrus-based batters, acidic fruit fillings, and other ingredients that can cause surface transfer or discoloration with untreated aluminum or steel
• Oven-safe to 550 degrees F; freezer-safe for cold prep and storage applications; hand wash only, as dishwasher detergents can discolor the anodized finish
