Globe NSF Commercial Smooth Plate Electric Sandwich Grill 10x10" - GSG10

The Globe GSG10 is a single, countertop electric sandwich grill from Globe's Bistro Series, designed for cafes, delis, sandwich shops, and restaurants that need a reliable, compact unit for pressing and grilling a range of hot menu items. It runs on standard 120V power, requires no special installation, and plugs directly into a NEMA 5-15P outlet.

• Single, countertop electric sandwich and panini grill suited for front-of-house or back-of-house use, capable of handling hot sandwiches, quesadillas, burritos, breakfast items, vegetables, and various proteins.
• Constructed of stainless steel throughout, with an internal stainless steel tube that protects the wiring from heat and physical damage, and seasoned cast iron smooth plates on both the top and bottom cooking surfaces.
• Cooking surface measures 10" x 10"; the smooth plate configuration delivers full, even contact with food across the entire surface with no grill marks, making it distinct from Globe's grooved-plate GPG10 model.
• Plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet at 120V/60Hz, single-phase, drawing 1,800 watts and 15.0 amps -- no hardwiring or special electrical work required; includes an attached 4-foot power cord.
• Thermostatically controlled up to 570 degrees F with a simple knob; allow 15-30 minutes for preheating before service; stainless steel removable catch tray makes end-of-shift cleanup straightforward; non-skid rubber feet keep the unit stationary on the countertop.
• Backed by a one-year parts and labor warranty from Globe; note that the warranty does not apply to residential or non-commercial use.
• NSF certified and cULus listed, confirming compliance with food safety and North American electrical safety standards.
