The Imperial ITG-48 is a 48-inch commercial countertop gas griddle built for high-volume flat-top cooking in restaurants, diners, and other foodservice operations that need consistent output and dependable temperature control across a wide surface. With 120,000 total BTUs and four independently controlled burners, it handles multi-zone cooking without sacrificing throughput during peak service.

• Commercial countertop gas griddle intended for heavy daily use in high-volume breakfast, lunch, and all-day foodservice operations; available in natural gas or liquid propane configurations
• Cooking surface and exterior are constructed with a 1-inch thick highly polished steel griddle plate for strong heat retention and fast recovery, with stainless steel front, sides, splash guards, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate
• Cooking surface measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep; overall unit footprint is 48 inches wide by 32-3/8 inches deep by 14 inches tall, supported on 4-inch stainless steel legs for countertop installation
• Four burners rated at 30,000 BTU each are spaced 12 inches apart across the surface; each burner has an independent thermostatic control knob with a Valox heat-protection grip, a continuous pilot light, and an adjustable gas valve; aeration baffles and a full-width rear flue distribute heat evenly across the plate; maximum cooking temperature is 500 degrees F
• Grease management includes a 4-inch wide stainless steel grease gutter that feeds into a removable 1-gallon grease can with a weep hole to indicate when the can is full; unit must be installed on a non-combustible surface
• An optional chrome griddle top is available by adding "-CG" to the model number; gas manifold inlet is 3/4 inch; a chrome griddle top can be specified at time of order for operators who prefer a chrome cooking surface over polished steel
