The Moffat Turbofan H10T is a compact electric heated holding cabinet designed for hot food holding in commercial kitchens, bakeries, and foodservice operations. It accommodates up to 10 half-size sheet pans or 10 standard 12" x 20" steam pans with gentle low-velocity air circulation for even temperature holding.
