The T&S Brass B-2731 is a commercial deck mount single lever faucet designed for foodservice prep sinks, dish stations, bar sinks, and handwashing applications where reliable hot/cold mixing and ADA compliance are required. It delivers straightforward installation with a complete mounting package and NSF-certified components built for daily commercial use.

• Deck mount single lever mixing faucet intended for commercial foodservice applications including prep sinks, dish stations, and bar areas; single lever controls both temperature and flow simultaneously
• Forged brass body and spout with polished chrome plating; chrome plated metal handle and 16" flexible stainless steel supply hoses with 3/8" O.D. compression connections included
• 9" integral swivel spout with 10" chrome plated brass deck plate that fits standard 8" hole centers; faucet height 7-15/16", spout length 9-3/16", faucet width 10"; 6" single lever handle
• Ceramic cartridge with adjustable temperature limit stop allows operators to preset maximum water temperature, reducing scald risk at handwashing stations; inlet shanks are 1/2" NPSM male
