Vollrath Wear-Ever Aluminum Bun/Sheet Pan 1/4 Size 16 Gauge - 5220

The Vollrath Wear-Ever 5220 is a quarter-size commercial bun and sheet pan built for baking, roasting, and prep work in restaurant, bakery, catering, and deli kitchens. At 16-gauge 3000-series aluminum with a natural finish, it delivers consistent heat performance and resists the warping and denting that shorter-lived pans show under daily production use.

• Quarter-size format fits standard commercial oven racks and sheet pan storage systems, suited for small-batch baking and portioned prep runs.
• Constructed from 16-gauge, impact-resistant 3000-series aluminum with an uncoated natural finish that promotes uniform heat conduction across the entire pan surface.
• Measures 9-1/2" W x 13" D x 1" H, with 1-inch-high sides that help contain liquids, sauces, and food product during cooking.
• The concave bottom flattens when heated, eliminating hot spots and delivering consistent results across the baking surface.
• Tapered sides allow multiple pans to nest and stack for compact, organized storage; rounded interior corners reduce food buildup and simplify cleanup.
• A galvanized, non-rusting rod reinforces the closed-bead rim, adding structural strength and maintaining the pan's shape through repeated commercial use. This pan also replaces the discontinued Vollrath model 68378 and is manufactured in the USA.
