The Vulcan VC55ED-208 is a commercial double deck full size electric convection oven built for high-volume foodservice operations that need consistent, reliable baking and roasting capacity at 208V. With two independently controlled full size decks and a total output of 25 kW, it gives operators the throughput of two separate ovens in a single floor-standing unit.

• Double deck, full size, standard depth electric convection oven designed for commercial restaurant, bakery, school, and institutional kitchen use; each deck operates independently for separate temperature and timing control
• Exterior constructed of stainless steel on the front, sides, and top with 8-inch stainless steel legs; interior cavities are lined with porcelain enamel on steel for durability and easier cleaning
• Each deck interior measures 29"W x 22-1/8"D x 20"H and holds up to 5 full size sheet pans per deck for a total capacity of 10 full size pans; five nickel-plated grab-and-go racks per section adjust across 11 rack positions
• Runs on 208V, 60 Hz, single or 3-phase power at 25 kW total (12 kW per section); field convertible and compatible with single or three phase electrical service; power cord not included and must be hardwired by a qualified electrician
• Solid state controls with a 5-hour timer and digital display per deck; temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees F; includes a gentle bake mode, two-speed 1/2 HP blower motor per section, oven cool switch for rapid cool down, moisture vent, and on-board diagnostics for serviceability
• Ships as two separate single deck units that are stacked and connected on-site; a free connection kit is required when wiring both decks to a single power source; casters are available as an optional accessory and are not included
