The Vulcan VMG48-101 is a heavy-duty 48-inch countertop natural gas griddle built for high-volume commercial kitchens that need reliable, zone-controlled flat top cooking across a large surface. With 108,000 BTU of total output and independent heat control per burner zone, it gives line cooks direct control over temperature across the full cooking surface without relying on thermostatic automation.

• 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate with a fully welded stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, mounted on a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame
