The Vulcan VMG72-101 is a heavy-duty 72-inch countertop natural gas griddle built for high-volume commercial kitchens that need maximum flat-top cooking capacity without moving to a floor model. With 1,728 square inches of cooking surface and 162,000 total BTU, it is sized for busy breakfast operations, burger concepts, diners, and high-throughput foodservice lines.

• Heavy-duty commercial countertop gas griddle with a 72" W x 24" D polished steel cooking surface divided into 6 independently controlled cooking zones, each operated by a dedicated infinite heat control valve
• Constructed with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate for strong heat retention and consistent recovery, stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, and a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame
• Overall footprint is 72" W x 31-1/2" D x 15-1/4" H on 4" adjustable legs, with an 11-1/8" low profile working height; cooking surface measures 72" W x 24" D at 1,728 square inches
• Requires a natural gas supply at 4.0" W.C. with a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection; includes a built-in pressure regulator; specify gas type and altitude above 2,000 ft. at time of ordering; countertop installation only, no base included
