The Alto-Shaam 1000-UP (model 1000-UP-DENT) is a commercial mobile heated holding cabinet with two independently controlled compartments, sold at a reduced price due to cosmetic denting -- all mechanical and functional components are unaffected. This unit is a cost-effective way to get full 1000-UP performance into restaurants, catering operations, banquet halls, schools, and institutional kitchens that need high-capacity hot holding without paying full price for a cosmetically perfect cabinet.

• Double-compartment, full-size commercial heated holding cabinet designed for high-volume foodservice operations; each compartment operates independently, allowing two different holding temperatures to be run simultaneously
• Heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and interior construction, 20-gauge body with stainless steel magnetic-latch doors; includes four chrome-plated side racks per compartment spaced at 2-15/16" centers
• Each of the two compartments holds up to eight 18" x 26" x 1" full-size sheet pans (16 total across both compartments), with a maximum food capacity of 120 lbs per compartment
• Waterless, ventless Alto-Shaam Halo Heat technology uses an electric thermal cable to deliver gentle, radiant heat with no fans, steam, or added humidity -- no hood or plumbing required, unit can be placed anywhere on the floor
• Digital controls with a temperature range of 60°F to 200°F sense rapid temperature drops and compensate immediately when a door is opened; shelves remove easily for wipe-down cleaning; rides on five 5" heavy-duty casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel with brake) for mobility
