The APW Wyott RCW-11 Classic Insulated Round Cooker/Server is an electric, countertop food pan warmer and rethermalizer designed for commercial kitchens, buffets, delis, and catered events that need to rethermalize and hold soups, stews, chili, sauces, and similar hot foods at consistent serving temperatures. At 11 quarts and 1,200 watts, it delivers enough capacity and power to handle service-volume holding without requiring a dedicated circuit.
