The warranty excludes damage from alteration, neglect, abuse, misuse, accident, transit or installation, fire, flood, acts of God, power failure, extension cords and low voltage. Claims go directly to Atosa and need the model number, serial number, proof of purchase and installation date. The warranty is not transferable.
