• Full stainless steel exterior and interior with a welded stainless steel fry pot; pressure-blasted tank finish resists corrosion and simplifies boil-out cleaning
• 75 lb. oil capacity in a 21-1/10" W x 30-1/10" D x 44-2/5" H footprint; fits 2 standard 13.5" x 19" fryer baskets simultaneously
• Connects via 3/4" NPT rear gas inlet; ships with a built-in regulator set to 4" W.C. for natural gas — requires a metered natural gas supply with 5" to 10.5" W.C. inlet pressure; no electrical connection required
• Oil cooling zone seated at the bottom of the tank traps food particles to extend oil life; self-reset high temperature limiting device and automatic safety valve are included as standard safety features
