The Bakers Pride Y-600 is a floor model, single-deck commercial gas pizza oven built for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants, and all-purpose baking operations that need reliable, controllable deck heat on a wide baking surface. At 60 inches wide with a 120,000 BTU output and a 2" FibraMent hearth deck, it gives operators precise control over crust and topping results without requiring multiple units.

• Exterior is type 403 stainless steel, fully insulated throughout; interior is 16-gauge aluminized steel; frame is constructed from a fully welded 1/4" heavy-duty angle iron for structural durability
• Deck baking surface measures 60" W x 36" D with an 8" deck height; the hearth deck is 2" thick FibraMent (Lightstone fibrament), which retains and distributes heat evenly across the full baking surface
• Available in natural gas or liquid propane; gas connection is 3/4" NPT, left-side or rear; combination gas controls include a manual gas valve, pressure regulator, and pilot safety; stackable design allows double-stacking or stacking under a Bakers Pride Il Forno Classico to expand capacity without additional floor space
