The Bakers Pride P18S HearthBake Series is a commercial electric countertop deck oven built for pizzerias, cafes, snack bars, and foodservice operations that need reliable, consistent results baking pizza, pretzels, flatbreads, and other bakery products in a compact footprint. With two Cordierite ceramic hearth decks and independently controlled heating elements, it gives operators direct control over baking performance without taking up floor space.

• Commercial countertop electric deck oven suited for pizza, pretzels, flatbreads, hot sandwiches, pastries, and other baked goods in foodservice environments; products can be baked directly on the hearth decks, on screens, or on baking sheets
• Stainless steel exterior with a fully welded aluminized steel baking chamber; Cordierite ceramic hearth decks provide thermal mass and even heat distribution
• Single baking chamber with two removable Cordierite decks measuring 17-1/2"W x 17-3/4"D each and a 3-1/4" deck height; overall unit measures 23"W x 25"D x 17"H
• Available in 120V (1,800W) or 208/240V (2,850W) single phase; note that 120V is not recommended for fresh-dough pizza applications; international voltages also available
• Independent top and bottom Incoloy heating elements can be operated separately or together for energy efficiency and precise thermal control; 4" adjustable legs compensate for uneven surfaces
• Includes a 15-minute electric timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off; manual controls are straightforward with no programming required; unit is stackable for multi-deck configurations
