The Blodgett BLCT6E is a countertop mini electric combi oven built for commercial kitchens, cafes, kiosks, and smaller foodservice operations that need the cooking versatility of a full-size combi without the footprint to match. At just 20.25 inches wide, it runs convection, steam, and combination modes through a single boilerless unit, hardwired at 240V/3-phase.
