The Carter-Hoffmann HL2-18 is a full-size commercial heated and humidified holding cabinet designed for high-volume foodservice operations that need to stage large quantities of cooked food or proof dough between prep and service. Part of the hotLOGIX HL2 Series, this mobile floor-model cabinet runs on 120V/1PH and delivers reliable temperature and humidity control without the cost of an insulated unit.
