The Carter-Hoffmann HL3-18 hotLOGIX full size insulated heated holding cabinet is a full-height, mobile unit built for commercial foodservice operations that need reliable hot food holding between cook and serve. Restaurants, cafeterias, catering operations, and quick-service kitchens use this cabinet to maintain food temperature and hold large volumes of product ready for service.

• Commercial mobile heated holding cabinet with a single compartment, bottom-mounted forced air blower heating system, mechanical controls, and a digital thermometer that reads interior temperature in one-degree increments
• Insulated aluminum construction with a single-pane tempered glass door set in an extruded aluminum frame; door includes a santoprene gasket for a tight heat seal and is field-reversible for installation flexibility
• Full size capacity holds (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans or (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans; also compatible with GN 2/1 and GN 1/2 pans; 18 pairs of fixed universal wire slides at 3" spacing
