The ChefsFirst® RSP2 is a 48" two-door refrigerated sandwich prep table for delis, sub shops, cafes and restaurant lines that build sandwiches, salads and wraps to order. It measures 48" wide by 30-3/8" deep by 45-3/8" high and has 13.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage in the base. The top rail holds twelve 1/6-size, 6" deep food pans, which are included, behind a 48" wide by 9.5" deep cutting board. A rear-mounted 1/5 HP compressor runs on R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 115 V outlet. The cabinet has a stainless steel exterior and a painted aluminum interior.

Will the RSP2 fit through a standard doorway?

Yes. At 30-3/8" deep it fits through a 36" doorway, and at 45-3/8" high it clears an 80" door opening with plenty of room. It is 48" wide, so it has to go through the door depth-first.

Is the RSP2 a refrigerator or a freezer?

It is a refrigerator. The base cabinet and the top pan rail keep sandwich and salad ingredients chilled. It is not built to freeze product.
