The Imperial PCVG-2 is a commercial double-stack gas convection oven built for high-volume foodservice operations that need full-size baking and roasting capacity in a single floor footprint. With two independent full-size decks and a combined output of 140,000 BTUs, it is sized and powered for restaurants, institutional kitchens, and catering operations running consistent production.

• Double-deck, full-size commercial gas convection oven available in natural gas or liquid propane, producing 70,000 BTU per deck for a combined 140,000 BTU total output, with a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F.
• Stainless steel construction on the front, sides, doors, top, and legs, with a porcelainized interior on each deck that aids browning and can be wiped down after service.
• Each deck holds 5 wire racks across 10 adjustable rack positions, accommodating standard full-size sheet pans; overall unit dimensions are 38"W x 41.5"D x 74"H.
• Requires a natural gas or LP connection with a 3/4" NPT fitting and a dedicated 120V/60Hz/1-phase electrical connection at 9.0 amps per oven; unit ships as two separate ovens that must be stacked on-site during installation.
