The Imperial ISPA-18-2 is an 18-inch commercial gas stock pot range built for high-volume soup, stock, and sauce production in restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens that need to run multiple large pots simultaneously. With 180,000 total BTUs across two independently controlled 3-ring burners, it delivers the consistent, sustained heat required for large-batch cooking.

• Commercial gas stock pot range designed to run two large-format pots at once, with each of the (2) 3-ring burners featuring separate adjustable gas valves for the inner and outer rings, giving operators independent control over each burner zone.
• Stainless steel front and sides with welded and finished seams throughout; reinforced cast iron top grates provide a durable cooking surface capable of supporting heavy stock pots.
• 18 inches wide with an 42-inch depth footprint; stands 24-3/4 inches tall on 6-inch legs with adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors.
• Available in natural gas and liquid propane configurations; requires a 3/4-inch gas connection and professional installation -- this unit is intended for commercial locations only.
• Cast iron top grates are removable for cleaning; a full-width drip pan is included to contain spills and simplify routine maintenance; the open front cabinet provides additional below-range storage.
• Four cast aluminum control knobs include Valox heat-resistant grips; manual controls allow heat selection from simmer to full high heat across all 180,000 BTUs (53 kW).
