The Imperial PCVE-1 is a single-deck, full-size commercial electric convection oven built for high-volume baking, roasting, and reheating in restaurants, schools, institutions, and other foodservice operations. At 11 kW and available in 208V or 240V configurations with single- or three-phase options, it is a floor-standing, hardwired unit suited for kitchens that need consistent, repeatable results across full sheet pan loads.

• Standard-depth baking chamber holds five full-size sheet pans in a side-to-side orientation across 10 adjustable rack positions; note this is not a bakery-depth model and does not accommodate pans end-to-end
• Independent manual time and temperature controls with a snap-action thermostat ranging from 150°F to 500°F; includes a 60-minute manual timer with audible buzzer and a two-speed fan cool-down feature
• Two-speed 1/2 hp fan motor uses a Turbo-Flow airflow pattern that simultaneously heats the inner and outer chamber surfaces, recirculates hot air to reduce energy use, and supports fast temperature recovery between loads
• Dependent 60/40 doors open to 130 degrees with a single handle for one-handed access during service; two interior lights controlled by an external momentary switch and a large viewing window allow product monitoring without opening the oven; unit ships at approximately 521 lbs and requires professional hardwired installation
