• Three high-efficiency cast iron burners rated at 105,000 BTU/hr, housed in heavy-gauge metal tubes with a built-in deflector system for even heat distribution across the frypot; frypot tubes and sides are robotically welded stainless steel
• Stainless steel construction throughout, including the frypot, front, door, sides, and basket hanger; double-panel stainless steel door with welded and polished seams; full bottom chassis provides structural support
