The Imperial IFS-75 is a heavy-duty commercial natural gas fryer with a 75 lb. oil capacity and 175,000 BTU output, designed for high-volume frying in restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional foodservice kitchens.

• Floor-model commercial gas fryer features tube-fired cast iron burners and a 75 lb. frypot for continuous frying of chicken, fish, french fries, breaded foods, and other high-volume menu items
• Stainless steel front, double-panel door, sides, basket hanger, and deep-drawn frypot provide durable construction, with robotically welded stainless steel tubes and sides designed to reduce potential leaks
• 75 lb. stainless steel frypot provides an 18" x 18" frying area, while the 175,000 BTU heating system supports fast recovery during demanding production periods
• Millivolt controls require no electrical connection and feature a snap-acting thermostat with an adjustable temperature range from 200°F to 400°F
• Large cool zone and recessed slanted frypot bottom direct debris toward a 1-1/4" full-port drain valve to help maintain oil quality and simplify draining and cleaning
• Includes a wire mesh crumb screen, two nickel-plated fry baskets, 6" adjustable legs, one-year parts and labor warranty, and limited prorated five-year frypot warranty
