The Metro C519-HFC-L by Intermetro Industries is a commercial full-height mobile heated holding cabinet built for hot food holding in restaurants, catering operations, banquet facilities, and high-volume foodservice environments. Running on a standard 120V/60/1-ph connection at 2,000 watts, this non-insulated unit holds food at safe serving temperatures using a thermostatically controlled forced-air heating system.
