The Metro C539-CLFS-U is a full-height, mobile, insulated heated holding and proofing cabinet from InterMetro's C5 3 Series, built for commercial foodservice operations that need reliable hot holding capacity on a standard 120V circuit. The lower-wattage design at 1,440 watts draws 12 amps, making it compatible with facilities where standard 15-amp circuits are in use.
