The Star Star-Max 624MF is a 24-inch commercial countertop gas griddle built for high-volume foodservice operations including restaurants, diners, cafes, and convenience stores that need reliable, consistent flat-top cooking across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

• Commercial countertop gas griddle with a 24" W x 21" D cooking surface, designed for continuous service in commercial kitchens; for professional installation only
• Heavy-duty all-welded body construction with stainless steel front, bull nose, and double wall aluminized steel side panels; 1" thick polished steel griddle plate resists warping under repeated heat cycling
• Overall unit dimensions are 24" W x 29" D x 15.5" H; cooking surface plate depth is 20.5"; unit weighs approximately 185 lbs and stands on 4" adjustable legs
• Ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit and reversible pressure regulator included, allowing use on either natural gas or propane; gas connection is 3/4" NPT male; approved for installation within 6" of combustible and non-combustible surfaces
• Modulating thermostat is inserted 3/16" into the griddle plate and adjusts from 150°F to 450°F; two independently controlled 28,300 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burners (56,600 BTU total) provide two-zone heat management; cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bull nose protects knobs and operators
