The Star Star-Max 6148RCBF is a 48" countertop natural gas radiant charbroiler built for high-volume commercial foodservice operations that need consistent output across a wide cooking surface. With four independently controlled burner zones and a total input of 160,000 BTU, it suits steakhouses, diners, hotel kitchens, and any operation running sustained broiling volume.

• Welded steel frame with stainless steel top and front, aluminized steel sides, and heavy-gauge stainless steel radiants contoured for even heat distribution; double-wall construction with enclosed bottom reduces heat loss
• Overall footprint is 48"W x 29"D x 15.5"H with a broiling surface of approximately 48"W x 20.7"D; 4" adjustable nickel-plated legs allow height matching with other Star-Max equipment on the cook line
• Ships configured for natural gas with a 3/4" rear gas connection; LP conversion kit is included in the box for field conversion to liquid propane
