The T&S Brass B-0123 EasyInstall pre-rinse faucet is a commercial deck mount pre-rinse unit built for warewashing stations in restaurants, institutional kitchens, and high-volume foodservice operations. It ships pre-assembled with the riser and spring in place, reducing installation time compared to standard pre-rinse assemblies.

• Commercial deck mount pre-rinse unit designed for warewashing and dish-scrapping applications at the sink, with a spring-action gooseneck and overhead spring that keeps the hose retracted when not in use
• Polished chrome plated brass body on the faucet, riser, and spray valve; 44" flexible stainless steel hose with heat-resistant handle; quarter-turn Eterna compression cartridges with solid brass spindle and spring checks to prevent cross-flow
• Stands approximately 41-3/4" to 41-7/8" overall height with a 12-5/8" width; mounts on 8" adjustable centers with 2" diameter deck flanges and 1/2" NPT female inlets
• Deck mount installation fits most standard commercial sinks with 8" faucet centers; 1/2" NPT female flanged inlets connect to standard supply lines; installation should be performed by a licensed plumber per local plumbing codes
• Lever handles with color-coded indexes for hot/cold identification; Eterna cartridges are serviceable without removing the faucet from the deck, reducing downtime during maintenance
