The T&S Brass B-0113-ADF12-B is a commercial deck-mounted pre-rinse unit designed for single-hole sink installations in restaurant and foodservice warewashing stations. It ships as a complete assembly with a 12-inch add-on swing faucet, wall bracket, and all supply connections included, making it a ready-to-install solution for new builds and sink replacements.

• Single hole deck mount mixing faucet with a 24-inch riser, 1.15 GPM spray valve, overhead spring, and spray valve holder for use at commercial pot sinks and warewashing stations.

• Polished chrome plated brass body on the faucet base, tubular nozzle, add-on faucet body, riser, and spray valve; stainless steel hose and chrome plated metal handles throughout; quarter-turn Eterna compression cartridges with spring checks to prevent cross flow.

• Unit stands 49-1/2 inches high deck-mounted; includes a 44-inch flexible stainless steel hose with heat resistant handle, a 12-inch swing nozzle with stream regulator outlet, and 18-inch flexible stainless steel supply hoses.

• Supply hoses connect via 1/2-inch NPSM male inlets; removable compression fittings for 5/8-inch copper tubing are provided.

A 6-inch wall bracket is included for secure installation.

• The 12-inch add-on swing faucet allows operators to switch between pre-rinse spray and standard faucet flow at the same sink position.

Operating pressure range is 20 to 125 psi; rated for water temperatures from 40°F to 140°F.
