T&S Brass Spill-Resistant Vacuum Breaker NSF Chrome Brass 1/2" NPT - B-0963

The T&S Brass B-0963 is a continuous pressure, spill-resistant vacuum breaker designed for commercial foodservice and institutional plumbing installations where anti-siphon backflow protection is required on potable water lines. It is built for operators and contractors who need a field-testable, code-compliant solution that holds up under constant water pressure without weeping.

• Anti-siphon backflow preventer rated for continuous pressure service, used to protect potable water supplies from reverse flow in commercial kitchens, prep areas, and institutional settings
• Chrome plated brass body construction, corrosion-resistant and suited for demanding commercial environments
• 1/2" NPT female inlet and outlet connections; rated for a flow rate of 19.5 GPM at 60 PSI, an operating pressure range of 20 to 125 PSI, and temperatures between 40°F and 140°F
• Includes quarter-turn shut-off ball valves, a test cock, and a bleeder screw, making the unit field-testable without full disassembly; must be installed at least 6 inches above the highest point of downstream piping
• Low-lead compliant; the polished chrome finish resists corrosion and stands up to commercial cleaning without surface degradation
• A repair kit, T&S Brass B-0963-RK, is available separately for serviceability; sold individually
