Matthew I love the way it cuts through ice cream with ease. Even the super hard stuff I get from Costco is not a problem. But if you’re looking for nice round spheres, this is not for you. The only complaint I have is that it’s bright shiny finish was completely gone after one dishwashing. It’s like a gun metal gray now. I haven’t seen any particles coming off in my ice cream, but it’s just kind of weird and I thought I’d mention it.
