The Vulcan VC55GD is a double deck full size natural gas convection oven built for high-volume commercial kitchens, including restaurants, bakeries, schools, and institutional foodservice operations that need to maximize output within a standard floor model footprint. With two independently controlled full size decks and 100,000 total BTU/hr, it handles large batch cooking without requiring two separate oven installations.

• Commercial double deck, standard depth, floor model gas convection oven with solid state controls, electronic spark ignition, and independently operated decks — designed for continuous high-volume production in commercial foodservice environments.
• Stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs; non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors for heat retention and structural integrity throughout extended service shifts.
• Total capacity is 10 full size sheet pans across both decks; each cavity interior measures 29" wide x 22-1/8" deep x 20" high, with five nickel plated racks per section measuring 28-1/4" x 20-1/2" featuring a grab-and-go front cutout and 11 rack positions per deck.
• Requires a 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical connection with a 6-foot cord and plug included for the blower motors, plus a 3/4" rear gas connection with combination gas valve, pressure regulator, and safety solenoid system. Available in natural gas; propane conversion also available.
• Each deck includes an oven cool switch for rapid cool down, solid state temperature dial controls adjusting from 150°F to 500°F with digital display enhancement, and a 5-hour timer with audible alarm.
